JI discovered Pilates during a chaotic season of life. The routine and discipline of Pilates kept my whole self (body and spirit) in the best shape to be able to handle what the moment required. Several years and many classes later, I am excited to bring that grounded sensation to participants in my classes at Core Collective. My intention for every class is for each person to feel their best in their body and to carry that body awareness out the door with them into their daily life. After class, I want you to feel aligned, strong, and confident. I design every aspect of class—from the movement sequence to the carefully curated playlist accompanying your practice—to help you better listen to your body and feel your best, physically and mentally.
Outside of the studio, I care for my "zoo crew" of rescue animals, cook nourishing and delicious plant-based food, and hike in our beautiful Montana mountains with my pups.
