Rachel completed her Pilates teacher training through Core Collective after developing her own personal practice. With a background in structural engineering, she has a strong appreciation for how bodies move and function. Her classes focus on control, alignment, and building strength with intention. Rachel enjoys helping clients connect with their bodies, move with more awareness, and gain confidence through consistent practice.
Outside the studio, Rachel enjoys a slower pace—baking at home, spending time with her two dogs (Max and Duck), and working her way through a growing stack of books. Whether teaching or taking class, she values thoughtful movement, quiet determination, and the balance between structure and ease.
