This is a workshop being offered to new clients to try the Pilates Reformer and learn the basics of Reformer practice. At the end of this class, you'll feel ready to join in regularly scheduled Beginner classes.

Buti, Bliss and Bowls is a 2 hour journey to self through yoga, breath and sound therapy. 45 minutes of Buti yoga to connect with our primal self and the earth, 45 minutes of deep stretch and breath work to embody our personal commitment and a 30 minute sound bath to rest and receive the wisdom of our higher selves. Limit 10 people.
