Yoga

Gentle Rise HOT yoga

This slow-paced Hatha yoga practice is focused on waking and warming the whole body. It incorporates breath work and longer pose holds to encourage deeper muscular release. This class aims to provide a balance between effort and surrender and is open to practitioners with all levels of experience. The room temperature is set to approximately 80 degrees and pose modifications with or without props will be provided.

Glow with the FLow

Vinyasa is a Sanskrit term often employed to describe a broad range of yoga styles. Vinyasa can be decoded from its root words Nyasa denoting “to place” and vi denoting “in a special way.” It symbolizes a flowing, dynamic form of yoga, where postures are linked together using breath.

Strong Body is a heated dynamic flow to help cultivate body awareness,  strength, balance, and flexibility. It’s filled with effective exercises and challenging movements that will engage the muscles in your arms,  legs, and core. This class is best for those with some yoga experience,  and a baseline fitness level.  It is not a beginner class.

Hot 26

This 60 minute class is based on 26 traditional Hatha postures and 2 breathing exercises practiced in a heated studio. It is a challenging series that builds strength, flexibility, and balance  But is also beginner friendly! You will find a strong focus on breath and alignment in this practice. Bring water and a towel.

yin, yang, and gong yoga

This class uses vinyasa to warm up the body followed by floor poses with breath. Floor poses are held for 5 minutes and often use props. The room is warm but not sweaty. Yin yoga invites deep release in the body which is very healing for the nervous system. Class ends with a 15 minute gong savasana. The gong is one of the most ancient and powerful instruments for transformation and has the ability to invite both  physical and emotional wellbeing.

hot Hatha yoga

This class uses a mix of movement sequence, longer holds, breath, and  alignment cues in a heated room to build strength and body awareness.  The infrared heat invites deep release and body suppleness. The class is  physically challenging but largely eliminates or gives alternatives for  chaturanga vinyasa.  It is open to all levels and modifications are  offered when appropriate.

Oula.ONE

This is a heart-based, musically-inspired yoga dance fusion class. This 55-minute session is done barefoot on a mat, with no jumping or impact, making it accessible to nearly all bodies and ability levels. Completely choreographed to beautiful, soul-moving music, you will journey through spinal warming and activation, balancing and strengthening, core work, stretching and relaxation. Through breath and heart-opening movements and music, you will feel the stress and stuck emotion leave your body 

Oula Power

Perfect for all fitness levels, this is a 45 minute conditioning class that begins with an empowering warm up, followed by high-energy cardio tracks to get the heart pumping. We then transition into a series of conditioning tracks that focus on strengthening and toning using your own body weight. 

Class features moves from HIIT formats, pilates, yoga, and dance conditioning classes. 

Modifications are offered in a supportive and motivating way, so that everyone feels successful.

Oula

Oula merges high intensity cardio with easy-to-follow choreography, mindfulness practices, and a culture of inclusivity - all to an energetic pop soundtrack. Every Oula class empower participants to challenge their bodies and process their emotions through music, movement, and most importantly, a community connection.

Beginner's Yoga (Non-heated)

This is a gentle, basic class for those who are new to yoga or wanting  to establish a strong foundation for their practice. It will be slow-paced, focusing on alignment and safety within poses, breath, and  dropping into your body. This is a good place to learn relaxation  techniques and become comfortable with yoga. 

All bodies are welcome.

Vinyasa Flow

This is a heated class for all levels. Linking breath to movement, you  will move through fun and creative sequences that will challenge you,  yet leave you feeling calm and connected. With the goal of mentally and  physically letting go, you will move through dynamic patterns that you  may not experience in your day-to-day.

Instructor: Marihaidyn Mondays/Thursdays, Amy on Wednesdays

Stretch & BREATHE (non-heated)

This is a mobility training class that takes you through the full range of motion for all major joints in the body. Techniques are used to increase neuromuscular strength at all joints while also improving flexibility. This class also incorporates some traditional stretching.

Buti

All levels welcome. Every class is  different, and is powered by the playlist and energy in the room.  Buti is a vinyasa based class that utilizes the Spiral Structure Technique, moving your body in different ways, on purpose.  Buti is a movement methodology that breaks down barriers through primal movement, dynamic  asanas, and cardio sprints. Music guides Buti classes like an internal GPS.  The beat blended movement forces you out of your head and INTO YOUR BODY.
