Semi-private class. An introduction (or re-introduction) to the beginning systems of Pilates. Terminology, body position, and equipment information are all practiced during this class, as well as fundamental foundational exercises. Ideal for students who may have never taken a Pilates class previously, returning to Pilates, or simply wanting to get back to basics. No experience required. 55 min class
Semi-private class. This is a faster paced class and more athletic than the beginning (Return to reformer) level. The majority of this class is performed using the reformer, though other props are often integrated into the reformer work. 55 min class
Advanced class that requires instructor permission. Students should be familiar with reformer flow classes prior to taking this class. Much of class focuses on standing positions on the reformer.
